Hi Varjinder Singh,

You must have an oven that will allow you to powder coat items at .180- 200 degrees Celsius for ten minutes—or you cannot powder coat!

Thanks.

Hi Sachin,

Ask yourself : what size are the items that you plan to powder coat? How many items would you like to powder coat at one time? Obviously, the larger the oven, the more products you can powder coat at one time. You have many choices. Your oven could be a small or 6’ x 8’ x large walk-in gas oven

Which oven should I invest in - a gas, electric, or infrared oven?

Hi Varjinder,

You can go with either – a gas or electric oven, both of which work well. Infrared ovens work well if designed properly. However, electric ovens take longer to reach the proper baking temperature. Obviously, the faster the oven heats up, the faster your products will be powder coated.
