Hi Varjinder Singh,

Powder coating is one of the most advanced coating processes around and provides the ultimate finish durability and longevity. The powder coating process involves electro statically charged finely ground up dry plastic resin & pigments that are sprayed onto a electrically grounded object. The substrate is then heated in an oven and cured at over 180°C to 200°C for 20 - 30 minutes ( Depends on substrate ) while the powder is baked on. The product is then cooled down and is ready to use requiring no drying time unlike the wet painting process.

Please let us know if you have any question.
