How to join our webinars

It’s very easy to link up with us on our Ecafez Webinar platform. All Webinars are free and structured for maximum benefit to our customers.

Ecafez webinars are hosted on a special cloud-based platform that can be accessed from anywhere.

To join our webinars and become an active participant, there are just a couple of simple steps you need to take. Note that all webinars are recorded and automatically uploaded to the official Ecafez YouTube channel, so you can always check them out there if you can’t join in the live event.

Step 1

Register

Click the registration link that is sent out at least a week before the scheduled session. Go to the registration page, complete the short form, and register for the same.

Once you register, a confirmation is sent to your registered email id with a unique link to join the webinar on the specified date and time.

Step 2

Join the webinar

A reminder mail is sent out on the day of the scheduled Webinar. This also has the unique link to join.

Just click and join up – it’s that simple. Sometimes, you may get a prompt to download the software – do not worry; click on the link and download. Just follow all steps as prompted and access a world of information, from the comfort of your office.

Make sure you have a good internet connection,in order to participate without interruption.
